Books
The books are sold and delivered through Amazon, subject to Amazon’s own terms of sale and delivery. Links from this site to Amazon are provided for convenience; your purchase of a book is a contract between you and Amazon, not with us.

Merchandise
Merchandise (such as hoodies) is sold through this site. When you place an order you make an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the stated shipping terms. We take reasonable care to describe items accurately, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur. Your statutory rights are set out in our Returns policy.

The waiting list
Registering interest in the limited box sets places you on a notification list only. It is not an order, does not reserve a specific item, and creates no obligation on either side. We will contact you if and when the box sets become available.

Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any product, at any time. We try to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that everything is free of errors.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
